Order Your Tour as Early as Possible ...
To ensure availability of
accommodations, we recommend purchasing your Diverse Directions tour as far in
advance as possible. For regular season tours, four to six weeks advance
purchase is recommended.
For foliage season and holiday-week
tours, a minimum 60-day advance purchase is strongly encouraged.

Requirement is 5 Days.
Acceptance and confirmation of
tour purchases is contingent upon the availability of the accommodations you
have chosen when ordering your tour. Notification of the status of your order
will be emailed to you no later than the end of the first business day following
the date of your order.
Deposits & Payments: For
tours ordered more than 30 days in advance, a deposit equal to 25% of the
total amount due is payable upon our confirmation of the order. Deposits are
non-refundable. Balances are due 30 days prior to the tour's start date.
For tours ordered less than 30 days in advance, the total amount due is payable upon our confirmation of the
order.
We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Our 2008 Tour Schedule ...
Our 2008 Vermont tour season begins
Sunday, June 16th and ends Friday, October 25th. Tours begin on a Sunday
and are offered weekly throughout the 2008 season.
Fall Foliage and Holiday Week Tours ...
Fall Foliage Tours begin Sunday,
September 14 and end Saturday, October 18.
4th of July Tours begin Sunday, June 29.
Labor Day Tours begin Sunday, August 24 and
Sunday, August 31.
Please note that the cost of
overnight accommodations may be higher during holiday and foliage seasons.
The Standard Format of our Tour Itineraries ...
Arrival Day in Brattleboro
(Sunday) is referred to as Day 0 in the detailed descriptions of our tour
itineraries. A required Orientation is presented Sunday evening at 6:15 pm.
Day 1 All Tours (Monday)
begins with bicycle pick-up at 10:00 am.
Days 2 - 4 Bridges Tour (Tuesday
thru Thursday) includes two mandatory cycling days and one optional
cycling / free day. Day Four ends in Brattleboro with bicycle return by
5:00 pm.
Days 2 - 5 Southern Vermont
Multi-Sport Adventure & Gay Getaway (Tuesday
thru Friday) includes two mandatory cycling days and two optional cycling /
free days. Day Five ends in Brattleboro with bicycle return by 5:00 pm

Allowed for parties of more than four adults at no extra charge. For parties of
fewer than four adults, a per person surcharge of $75 applies. Contact the Tour
Director before placing your order.

Placing your Order ...
To order your tour, you'll need to
complete our online Tour Order Form. The online Order Form is secure, fast and easy
to complete! Before completing the online Order Form, please identify your
first, second and third choice accommodation options for each overnight
destination (See Accommodations Page for options).
Acceptance and confirmation of
purchase orders is contingent upon the availability of the accommodations you
have chosen when ordering your tour. Notification of the status of your order
will be emailed to you no later than the end of the first business day following
the date of your order.
Following our confirmation of your
order, your Tour Documentation Package will be assembled and mailed to you and
either your deposit or payment in-full will be charged to your credit card.
Our Cancellation Policy ...
For cancellations received more than
30 days prior to a tour's start date, the balance due in excess of the
already paid non-refundable deposit will NOT be charged.
For cancellations received less than
30 days but more than 7 days prior to a tour's start date, one half of the
total balance due / paid will be refunded.
For cancellations received 7 days or
fewer prior to the tour's start date, no refund will be made.
The Diverse Directions Cancellation
Policy does NOT apply to your accommodation reservations. Though we will cancel
reservations made on your behalf, you will be subject to the cancellation
policies of your individual innkeepers.
Before Booking your Flight ...
Though Diverse Directions customers
enjoy a large degree of flexibility in scheduling their tours. if your are
flying, we STRONGLY recommend that flight arrangements NOT be finalized until
you have received your Order Confirmation from us.
